Grant Cleal
Grant became Football Club Manager in November 2008 after four years as Junior Development Manager.
Grant joined the Dolphins as a player in 1989, winning a Colt's premiership that year.
He was an Australian Schoolboys representative in 1988 along with future internationals Tim Brasher, David Fairleigh and Brad Fittler.
Grant won premierships as a player with the Dolphins in 1989 (Colts), 1997 (Qld Cup and BRL) winning the player of the match award in the 97' BRL final.
He represented Brisbane from the Dolphins and was a lower grade player at the Broncos.
He was the 425th player to play first grade for the Dolphins.
Grant was assistant coach of 2001 Colts premiership side before taking over and leading the 2002 and 2003 Colts sides to grand finals winning the premiership in 2003.
He also coached the Dolphins A grade side.
